Here We Stand!

the confirmation curriculum that we are currently using .
Many congregations have waited for a confirmation curriculum written for students of confirmation age and solid in Lutheran theology. So here it is!
Pastor V and I are enthused about Here We Stand! and will continue the curriculum in the evening class this fall. The Sunday morning confirmation classes will also use Here We Stand!, studying the Old Testament the first year and New Testament the second year.
Mentors
are a very important part of our confirmation program.
Each student has a mentor who attends either the evening or the Sunday
morning class with him or her. Mentors help our students on their faith journey
in so many ways as they share their faith and their time with the students. Are
you interested in being a mentor? If you want more information, please
see SueAnn, Pr. V, or talk to someone who has been a mentor. Those who have
mentored often tell of how much they learned in class and how it influenced
their faith journey.
